Missed Heather Locklear on the tube? No worries, NBC has signed the actress to develop a half-hour series project for her targeted for fall 2004.
This past development season, Locklear toplined NBC's comedy pilot Once Around the Park, which was not picked up as a series.
Her TV series track record includes ABC's Spin City and Fox's Melrose Place. Locklear can also be seen in the upcoming feature Uptown Girls.
